LEUKOSTRIP^◊ wound closure strips are made of 100% polyamide material coated with a hypoallergenic adhesive which allows almost pain-free closure of the wound. By replacing skin clips with LEUKOSTRIP^◊ on the third post-operative day, scar formation at the puncture sites is minimized. LEUKOSTRIP^◊ can also be combined with subcutaneous or intracutaneous stitches as well as being used to supplement clip or individual over-and-over sutures.
