      • Answer:

        Total knee replacement in cobalt chrome or OXINIUM◊ Oxidized Zirconium, and total hip replacement in cobalt chrome, OXINIUM◊ Oxidized Zirconium and ceramic. Both joints are also available as minimally invasive. Additionally, there are two ACCURIS◊ Uni Knee cards (cobalt chrome and OXINIUM◊ Oxidized Zirconium). Currently, there are twelve card options.       • Answer:

        Go to the Sign Up Link on the left hand side of this page and download the User Sign Up Form and the Clinic Authorization Form. Within a few days after sending them in, you will receive your new password and can begin using the service.

        They are welcome to use the cards as well, but all cards do feature the Smith & Nephew logo and mention our proprietary joint replacement technology.

      How can I change my password?
      • Answer:

        Once logged in, you can change your password to something that you can easily remember. Simply choose “Your Profile” in the top menu bar. You will be taken to a page where you can update your personal information. Now choose “Change your password.” Here, you are prompted to enter your current password and make up a new one.

        Go to the online tool, and click on “Support” from the top menu. Enter your first name, last name and your email address. Click “Next.” On this page, fill in the first box with “I forgot my password.” In the second box, request a new password. A new password will be sent to you via email shortly.
