Screw and Plating System

Conforming to U.S. and international engineering and design specifications, Smith & Nephew's TC-100◊ Screw and Plating System provides seamless integration with existing inventories and ease of use for open reduction internal fixational procedures (AO method). However, the TC-100◊ system works well beyond the standard, providing a full range of components, increased cost-effectiveness, and the experience, expertise and support that only Smith & Nephew can provide.

The TC-100◊ Screw and Plating System includes:

The TC-100◊ Mini Fragment Set, which is designed for fixation of fractures in small bones of the hand and foot. The Mini Fragment Set consists of a single tray with removable instrument, drill bit and screw caddies.

The TC-100◊ Small Fragment Set, which is used to restore the anatomical condition of the radius, ulna, distal and proximal humerus, and the fibula. Reconstructive plates have been added to the set to accommodate elbow fractures, along with additional implants and instruments not found in the traditional small fragment set.

The TC-100◊ Large Fragment Set, which is designed for fixation of fractures in large bones such as the humerus, tibia and femur. The Large Fragment Set offers similar implants and instruments to the Small Fragment Set; however, the large fragment implants and instruments accommodate 4.5 mm and 6.5 mm screws.

The TC-100◊ Pelvic Fragment Set, which contains a comprehensive implant and reduction instrument array to restore pelvic and acetabular fractures to their anatomical condition. The Pelvic Fragment Set consists of three trays: an instrument tray that contains a combination of small and large fragment instruments to accommodate 3.5 mm, 4.5 mm and 6.5 mm screws, an extensive three-tiered reduction forceps tray, and an implant tray.
