Using a plate is often optimal in cases such as comminuted proximal femur fractures, peri-prosthethic fractures and for revisions. For your worst hip fractures, this may be the best solution. The PERI-LOC◊ Proximal Femur Locking Plate was designed for increased strength, stability and an optimum fit to patient anatomy. It is also compatible with the ACCORD◊ Cable System.
