It actively controls both inflow and outflow to the joint, improving operative joint distention, thus increasing access to the operative site. The INTELIJET◊ System is designed to communicate with the Smith & Nephew DYONICS◊ Power Shaver System for more efficient, effective fluid management. | The Smith & Nephew ACCESS 15 is the fast and easy system for accurate joint pressure management. The snap-on tubing cassette makes setup a simple one-hand operation. Advanced Flow Regulation (AFR) delivers optimal flow rates for stable and accurate in-joint pressure with any inflow setup. For optimum visualization, the system's wash function is designed to both clear debris and distend the joint immediately in the event of sudden fluid loss.
