That's a mission we can all feel good about, and one that makes me especially proud to be part of Smith & Nephew and associated with a great industry.
For those attending the AAOS, we will be showcasing several exciting products (also highlighted in this newsletter) that reinforce our belief that being customer led drives innovation. In fact, all of these product offerings have been in direct response to voice-of-customer or collaboration.
Our commitment to being customer led is not limited to just medical devices and techniques. In 2010, we will open our new, state-of-the-art Surgical Skills Centre in York, UK. When completed in April, it will be a world class education hub that will put our strengths on full display alongside the University of York in York Science Park.
