Title of Measure: Global Opinion Survey
Description of measure: Measure to determine number of employees answering very favourable or favourable to all the questions within the bi-annual Global Opinion Survey Used to measure employee satisfaction levels and responses to initiatives actioned in response to previous surveys. Aggregated Group results will be used to demonstrate employee satisfaction and involvement and company responsiveness as part of Sustainability Reporting
Formula: Number of very favourable and favourable answers / Number of total answers X 100 = %
Time Period Bi-annual - when Global Opinion Survey is completed
Benchmark data: Previous survey results from the 2002 GOS results for very favourable & favourable responses
Target: 5% + increase on 2002 results or 2.5% increase if already over 80% favourable & favourable responses on 2002 results
