Time Period: Measured on a quarterly basis with an end of year target Annual reporting (calendar year) for Group Reporting

Target: Minimum of 30%
Definitions: Placement of internal people to job opportunities
Include:

  • All advertised job opportunities
  • Secondment/project roles of > 6 months duration
  • International Assignments of > 6 months duration
  • Individuals placed into roles without advertising as part of development or succession planning
  • Permanent roles 
  • Moves from S&N locations/divisions for roles of > 6 months duration

Exclude:

  • Job swaps
  • Development visits
  • Incremental changes where more than 50% or more of role responsibilities are contained within the previous role
